Risk Management Forum on September 13, 2013

In order to refresh the hotel industry about the importance of risk management / crisis management, the Federation of Hong Kong Hotel Owners organized a forum for hotel owners, general managers and financial controllers. The Forum was held in The Cityview and was supported by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. We had invited Professor Bob Mckercher as guest speaker and Mr Clarence Shun Wah as mediator. The Forum was well attended by hotel management.
